Tracey has been in the business for 29 years and the Owner Director of Renaissance Art of Hair for 16 of those. Tracey has worked hard to build a successful business and when she does get spare time she enjoys spending it with her family.
Tracey is a very passionate and creative director and enjoys every aspect of her work.

Tracey is a very passionate and creative director and enjoys every aspect of her work. She is a perfectionist when it comes to hair and her nature is to make every client feel and look they’re very best whilst also giving them the time & experience they deserve.
Tracey has been fortunate to have had some of the best training in hairdressing under great names such as Wella, Vidal Sassoon and Umberto Giannini to name but a few. In addition Tracey has a teacher assessors award and has judged hair competitions nationally.
Tracey's passion for the industry and keen business mind continue to grow as she works closely with her team to build the brand.

experience, delivering 5 star service but at the same time having fun-whether it’s a simple root top up or complete colour change. Specialising in free hand balayage, and bespoke colouring, Karina is also a highly trained Extensions Technician and loves any restyling challenge.

Tia started her career at Renaissance in 2018 where she started as a Saturday girl, then progressed her career in hairdressing with a full time apprenticeship. Tia's talent is beyond question and is developing into a fantastic hairdresser. You will always find her with a smile and helping to ensure all our customers get first class treatment.

Lacey started her career at Renaissance in 2021 where she started as a Saturday girl, then progressed her career in hairdressing with a full time apprenticeship. Lacey's is one of our rising stars who brings a sparkle to the salon and is a perfectionist in her skill.

Ella started her career at Renaissance in 2016 where she started as a salon host. She has now progressed to become a fantastic hairdresser. Ella has attended Wella's Essential Colour course, at their London World Studio, and will continue to advance her skills and knowledge with courses throughout the year. Ella is qualified at NV
